THE BASICS:
KeyTrain is the complete interactive training system for career readiness skills, based on ACT's WorkKeys® assessment system and the National Career Readiness Certificate.
The National Career Readiness Certificate is the national standard in certifying workplace skills.  Requested and required by employers across the nation, the Certificate allows individuals to demonstrate their level of skill in the most common skills required for success in the workplace.

KeyTrain CAREER SKILLS, soft skills curriculum
The KeyTrain Career Skills series is a tool to help students improve their work habits and employability skills. This is a field-tested and nationally demonstrated curriculum that addresses the skills and attributes most needed by employees to be successful in the workplace environment. KeyTrain Career Skills addresses these soft skills in two hundred lessons grouped into five areas: Work Habits, Communication Skills, Workplace Effectiveness, Business Etiquette and The Job Search.
