Users' Group Draws
Education and Workforce
Personnel
Almost 200 workforce
development, education,
and economic development
professionals gathered
on February 25th and
26th in Tulsa and
Oklahoma City to discuss
uses and best practices
of KeyTrain in the
state. The theme of the
conference was “What we
do in Oklahoma.” Users
showcased the ways they
use KeyTrain to enhance
the lives of those whom
they serve.
KeyTrain has been in
widespread use in
Oklahoma for the past
four years as the state
moves forward with its
Career Readiness
Certificate (CRC)
program. KeyTrain and
the CRC program have
positively impacted the
lives of hundreds of
people from varying
populations (Secondary,
postsecondary and adult
ed, corrections,
employment security,
businesses, job corps,
WIBs). Since the program
began, Oklahoma has
awarded more than 26,000
Career Readiness
Certificates. KeyTrain
is used in more than 180
