WorkKeys® Teamwork
Teamwork skills are essential to improving productivity in the
workplace. KeyTrain courses aligned to this WorkKeys assessment focus on the elements of Teamwork
that make the workplace more effective for both the employee and the business.
The KeyTrain course breaks down teamwork into a
number of different components. Each component is reviewed, and then
illustrated with realistic workplace scenarios. Questions and answers
discuss possible methods for dealing with the situations encountered.
Some of the components include goal recognition, workplace and team
goals, positive attitude, commitment to quality, respect, appreciation
of diversity, leadership and initiative.
KeyTrain users practice these skills using a
series of photographs and audio passages of typical workplace
encounters. The course includes numerous self-assessments designed to
help the user to identify their own strengths and weaknesses and to
improve their teamwork skills.
